1. Return for Credit
- Items for refund must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- All returns will be inspected before a refund is issued
- Returns for credit will incur to a 20% restocking fee
- Products returned must be resalable (no stickers, no tags, no scratches or damages to packaging, and/or all original materials such as manuals or CDs are present.)
- Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs
2. Defective Exchange
- Defective products within the warranty period will be exchanged only with the same item.
- Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs (Accessory Highway will pay the shipping to purchaser)
Warranty
- Accessory Highway products include a one year warranty
- Bluetooth Stereo and Voice headsets have a various warranties with their manufacturer.
- Bluetooth headsets may be replaced by Accessory Highway within 30 days of purchase
- Warranty product returns will result in replacement only
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL TAKE PLACE IF:
- The product has be tampered with or misused
- Product returned due to normal wear or abuse
- A non Accessory Highway item is returned
- Product is in non-resalable condition
...INSTEAD PRODUCT WILL BE DISCARDED
